Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Design and execute marketing strategies for upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with sales and business goals.
• Analyze past campaign performance, identify key learnings, and recommend improvements for future launches.
• Develop localized marketing strategies tailored to specific consumer segments and geographic areas.

2. Consumer Surveys & Brand Awareness Analysis

• Conduct consumer surveys, focus groups, and online research to measure brand perception and awareness.
• Identify customer pain points, preferences, and buying behavior in the real estate market.
• Provide actionable insights to refine brand messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.

3. Real Estate Market Intelligence & Demand Analysis

• Analyze real estate demand at a pincode level to identify high-growth areas and customer interest.
• Leverage data from Google Trends, market reports, government real estate databases, and competitor analysis.
• Work with GIS mapping tools and analytics dashboards to visualize demand patterns.

4. Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing) to assess ROI and effectiveness.
• Track key marketing KPIs such as lead conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and overall campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards for real-time tracking and reporting.

5. Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

• Analyze lead data and optimize conversion funnels to improve sales efficiency.
• Work with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with customer acquisition goals.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

6. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the sales, digital marketing, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Provide recommendations for budget allocation, channel optimization, and performance improvements.
• Assist in forecasting and strategy planning for marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

✅ Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
✅ Experience: 3-6 years in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, Market Research, or Real Estate Intelligence.
✅ Technical Skills:

• Marketing Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Real Estate Intelligence Tools: GIS Mapping, Google Trends, Urban Development Data, Property Listing Platforms.
• Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  ✅ Strategic Thinking: Experience in designing go-to-market strategies for real estate projects.
  ✅ Consumer Research Skills: Ability to conduct and analyze surveys, focus groups, and market sentiment studies.
  ✅ Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
