Position Overview
The Business cum Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, business performance, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. The candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, product development teams and management to provide insightful inputs around business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and product positioning.
• Analyze macro and micro economic factors affecting the industry to proactively identify the business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product innovations.

Business Analysis & Strategy:

• Evaluate business performance through financial and operational data analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide data driven insights for decision making.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for new market and product development.

Sales & Marketing Support:

• Work with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Identify and propose reward parameters for sales performance and influencers engagement.

Operational Efficiency improvement:

• Create minutes of meeting with specific actionable assigned to point of contacts.
• Proactive follow-ups with key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review existing SOP’s of business operations and suggest relevant practical measures for improvisation.

Role Specifications

• MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• 2-5 years of experience in roles of Business/Market Analyst.
• Proficiency in data analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
