About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing team.
- You will play a crucial part in analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition, and increase ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, website analytics, and social media platforms.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).
- Track key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Data Visualization & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and key business metrics.
- Create compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to marketing, sales, and executive teams.
Campaign Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Business Intelligence:
- Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing decision-making.
- Identify new opportunities for marketing growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
