By leveraging M2M communications, Internet of Things (IoT), and in-vehicle infotainment technologies, we deliver innovative devices for monitoring vehicle location and performance.

We are hiring a Manager for our Digital Marketing team for our IntelliPlay brand (intelliplay.in).

This is a full-time position based at our Gurugram office (no WFH).

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display advertising networks.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns are driving desired ROI and KPIs.

- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.

- Manage paid media budgets effectively, allocating spend across different campaigns and channels.

- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ads and messaging.

- Use data analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) to monitor traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.

- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance-based advertising.

- Negotiate influencer partnerships, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement for both the brand and influencers.

- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data to optimize future initiatives.

- Create engaging posts (images, videos, captions) to drive user engagement and build community.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing trends.

- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging ideas for influencer collaborations.

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI.

- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.

- Experience in e-commerce industries.
