POSITION: Technical Assistant / BD

PLACE OF POSTING: Viman Nagar - Pune

REPORTS TO: Regional Head, Sobha Ltd. Pune

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any Graduate & preferably an MBA

WORK EXPERIENCE

0 to 5 years of experience of which the last 1-2 years in a Technical Assistant function of well-known organizations.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who should be good in mathematics, research, analysis and report writing. Should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Regional Director & various department for Business planning / Strategic Planning, Strategy Execution & Strategic Alignment
• Preparing report / prepare analytical report / presentation Skills
• Coordinate with Regional Head for Business planning / Strategic Planning, Strategy Execution & Strategic Alignment
• Assist the Regional Director in such duties as may be assigned or delegated to implement services designed to meet the needs of all constituents. Regularly required to resolve complex administrative problems independently. Perform tasks that are diverse and advanced.
• Preparing agendas, attending meetings and transcribing correspondence from handwritten notes and prepare MoM
• Obtaining background information on emerging issues
• Performing other related duties incidental to the work described herein
• Preparing presentation / reports as per business requirement
• Inter department coordination
• Handling confidential information which would have immediate negative impact on the company operations, performance, or value if shared beyond its intended audience
