Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the founder's schedule, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings to maximize productivity.
  
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Whatever the founder does.
  
• Provide administrative support for executive leadership team members.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across departments to achieve organizational goals.
  
• Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders through effective correspondence management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Startup experience as a founder or at a fast-paced role. This is not a typical 9-5 job.
  
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Strong understanding of business planning, corporate strategy, HR strategy, operations strategy, general management principles.
