Marketing Operations Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for BTL activities, including brand activation, event management, and trade marketing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and analyze results to optimize future campaigns.
  
• Ensure timely execution of all BTL activities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Lead a team of 7-8 operations people spread accross India.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 mode.
• One stop guy for the sales/client servicing team.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing operations or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of advertising management, brand campaigns, exhibitions, road shows, strategic planning, and trade marketing principles.
• Agency Experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
