Hiring Consumer Finance Manager's for Mumbai, Delhi, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal

Brief Summary:

The Manager, Consumer Finance will report directly to the Area Business Manager and will be responsible for overseeing consumer finance operations within the assigned area/region. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales and consumer finance in the retail or allied sectors. The Manager, Consumer Finance will collaborate with store managers, conduct research, provide inputs on schemes, and ensure the successful implementation of events and initiatives.

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

1. Establish regular communication channels with store managers to ensure effective coordination and alignment.

2. Oversee the cascade of new schemes and initiatives across all stores in the assigned area/region.

3. Analyze Year-to-Date schemes enrolment reports for the assigned area/region.

4. Conduct weekly planning and reviews with Store Managers to assess scheme performance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with the Consumer Finance and Retail Operations Head to provide valuable insights and recommendations on new schemes and initiatives.

6. Contribute to the design and development of schemes to meet customer needs and enhance sales performance.

7. Conduct thorough research to support schemes enrolment and sales through events such as exhibitions.

8. Identify suitable stores for event implementation based on target achievement and market trends.

9. Collaborate with the store and on-ground sales team to ensure the success of events.

10. Monitor the timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries related to consumer finance.

11. Participate in the interview process for hiring relationship executives when required.

12. Assess candidates' qualifications and skills to ensure the selection of qualified and competent individuals.

13. Stay updated on market and consumer trends related to sales and consumer finance.

Desired Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 5-8 years in leading sales or consumer finance within the retail or allied sectors.

3. Strong knowledge of market and consumer trends.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with store managers and cross-functional teams.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

7. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive results.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
