Job Title: Director of Marketing
Location: Delhi NCR
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to lead all marketing functions for our growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) burger chain.
- This role is pivotal in driving the brand's growth, visibility, customer loyalty, and profitability in a competitive market.
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Marketing will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives while fostering a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the MD and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
Brand Management :
- Strengthen the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Drive brand positioning and messaging to enhance customer perception and loyalty.
- Oversee new product launches, packaging, and in-store marketing to maintain brand appeal.
Campaign Management :
- Plan and execute impactful digital, traditional, and experiential marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
- Develop and oversee promotional strategies, including discounts, offers, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement :
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Drive customer engagement through innovative content, storytelling, and influencer collaborations.
- Leverage analytics to measure and improve online performance and customer interactions.
Partnerships & Community Engagement :
- Build strategic partnerships with delivery platforms, suppliers, and local communities to enhance the brand's reach and reputation.
- Foster collaborations with key stakeholders to promote the brand in Delhi NCR and beyond.
Market Expansion & Performance Analysis :
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, including new outlets and delivery networks.
- Monitor marketing budgets, KPIs, and sales metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and share insights with the leadership team.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the F&B or QSR industry.
- Proven track record in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty in competitive markets.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Passion for food and understanding of the QSR industry dynamics.
