Job Overview:
- We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, handling product launches, managing domestic and international exhibitions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on new product development.
- The role demands a candidate with a strong background in scientific or industrial products, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals, including market share growth, brand positioning, and sales objectives.
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Lead strategic product marketing, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
New Product Development:
- Work closely with R&D and Product Development teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with the creation of innovative products.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to guide new product design and features.
- Drive successful product launches from conception to market introduction.
Brand Management & Communications:
- Enhance and maintain the brand's reputation as a leading supplier of scientific equipment.
- Develop impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, and public relations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Domestic and International Exhibitions:
- Plan and manage the company's participation in domestic and international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Oversee the logistics and execution of exhibition strategies, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement with key industry players.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Product Development) to align marketing initiatives with product innovations and sales targets.
Digital Transformation:
- Spearhead digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners, positioning the company as a trusted partner in scientific communities.
Budgeting & Reporting:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Provide regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting campaign success and insights.
