Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager with a robust background in 360- marketing management and international brand building.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign planning, and analytics.
- A track record of successfully leveraging digital marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive global business growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Utilize expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
Campaign Planning and Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute 360- marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Drive marketing automation and personalization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Utilize web analytics and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite to track performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Brand Development and Customer Engagement:
- Lead brand development efforts to build a strong, consistent, and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improve key customer metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international markets and brand building.
- Proven track record in 360- marketing management and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, including ROI, CAC, CLV, and NPS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
- Meta Certified (Preferred).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Marketing Automation tools are a plus.
Education:
- Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communications from MICA & upGrad or equivalent.
- Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Blockchain & Web3/Crypto Marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex marketing projects in international markets.
