Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head/Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our real estate business.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns for large-scale real estate projects, with a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all channels
- Drive content driven marketing strategies through AI.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of the brands identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Leverage latest technology tools to lower the cost per lead and drive innovation for push products in the real estate market.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Understand and target the right persona of customers to drive campaign efficiencies Drive innovative marketing campaigns through AI where they can be run on digital media.
- Campaigns should be quickly churned such that there is organic traction on customer acquisition.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with top real estate companies is a must.
Proven Track Record:
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies for large-scale real estate projects, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
Digital Expertise:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is essential.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and use data to drive marketing decisions.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
Creative Vision:
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing luxury Push Products in real estate projects.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or related fields.
