Job Description Brief: Assistant Manager (Digital & Delivery) - QSR

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: General Manager - Marketing

Mission:

To drive the future of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) by leveraging digital and delivery channels, contributing to sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Revenue Ownership:

- Own and drive digital revenue growth, ensuring profitability.

- Manage onboarding, menu architecture, operational performance, and streamline processes to enhance the delivery experience.

P&L Management:

- Oversee P&L across digital and delivery channels, with a deep understanding of partner P&L and business decisions.

Partnerships:

- Collaborate with top aggregators (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato) to build long-term partnerships and achieve strategic goals.

Data-Driven Insights:

- Track key business metrics and use data to generate insights for business growth.

- Identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competitive landscape.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance) and external partners (aggregators, vendors).

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and execution skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-evolving digital environment.

- High ownership and responsibility for driving business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- Experience: 5+ years in category/account management, preferably in E-com, QSR, Retail, or FMCG.

- Skills: Digital native with expertise in P&L management, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.
