In this role you will:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the Telecom & Media or Healthcare sector.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives in the Telecom & Media industry. Provide support with sales materials, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, preferably within the Telecom & Media or BPO industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management specific to the Telecom & Media sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
