- Develop overall brand strategy, annual plan, and budgets across the various geographies
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of impactful brand campaigns
- Help drive measures & initiatives across the customer journey to elevate brand experience and build customer advocacy
Portfolio/Launch Management:
- Lead the launch process for key projects/land parcels in the portfolio
- Collaborate on the development of the project strategy, conceptualization, positioning, and GTM to drive a successful launch
- Create a compelling campaign that is successfully & timely executed based on project differentiators, market understanding, and customer needs
Collaboration and Team Management:
- Keep the team aligned to overall objectives, monitor their performance and ensure that they consistently achieve set goals.
