KRA's:
- Ideate and execute marketing initiatives including both digital and offline communications and events, managing budgets, timelines, creative development and agency relationships.
- Set clear and measurable marketing objectives. Plan and execute the ATL/BTL campaigns along with partners.
- Support the overall ESG narrative and contribute to driving a positive impact on Indian society.
- Work closely with other ESG brand managers to ensure all ESG-related projects come together to create a strong and cohesive message for brand.
- Guide the Social Impact project team in how best to leverage comms activations and marketing initiatives in their programme development.
- Report to ESG Marketing Head on progress and results of marketing activities.
Skills:
- Attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, systematic approach to work.
Practice and Other Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of work experience (out of which minimum 4 years in brand management) in NGO/ Social Impact/ Non-profit Organizations /in CSR/ ESG team.
