Senior Manager Finance

- Preparation of monthly GST and TDS working and maintaining reconciliation with GL.

- Timely and accurately filing of monthly GST Returns such as GSTR- 01, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6.

- Review and ensure timely filing of quarterly TDS returns, revised returns etc.

- Ensure yearly compliances timely filing annual returns for GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, income tax filing and Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing are prepared and filed before time.

- Work on timely month end & year end book closure activity.

- Preparation of data and timely replies to be submitted before various tax authorities for direct and indirect taxes.

- Support for any tax assistance raised by the other departments within the company.

- Advising tax impact to business.

- Evaluation of notifications, updates in the law and update to business.

- Build relationship and network with revenue officials, auditors, consultants and internal customer.

- Manage and review tax assets, advise accounting entries as applicable, obtain lower TDS certificates, etc.

- Handling Insurance of the company (Renewal, Data collation and handling claims)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Special/Any other requirements: Experience in Financial and taxation due diligence
