Job Description:
- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent, overseeing HR systems, and driving change management efforts.
- This role will also be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the Darwinbox HRMS, ensuring seamless integration with organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current and future business needs by leading talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to support business transformations, including cultural change, process improvement, and adoption of new systems.
- Ensure smooth transitions and positive employee experiences during periods of change.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Darwinbox HRMS across the organization.
- Ensure all HR processes are digitized, automated, and aligned with business needs while providing training and support to users for successful adoption.
- Maintain the compensation plan and benefits program to ensure competitive and equitable employee compensation and welfare programs.
- Assess employee training needs and design, apply, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills, career growth, and overall productivity.
- Develop and execute a robust Employee Engagement Program aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction, and boosting overall morale.
