About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented BFSI Recruiter to join our team.
You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for leadership positions within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for leadership positions (e.g , C-suite, Directors, VPs).
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks within the BFSI sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and assess their availability.
- Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within the BFSI industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on leadership hiring within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
