Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts

• payable, receivable and general ledger

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in Tally

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and trial balances.

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.

• Review of venture partner working and venture partner agreements

• Review GSTR 1, GSTR 3 B and GSTR 9 workings

• Review of 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis

• Financial Reporting and Budgeting:

• Prepare semi-annual and annual financial statements

• Prepare monthly MIS for management review.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.

• Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and financial

• regulations.

• Assist in internal and statutory audits, addressing audit queries promptly.

• Assist in Income tax, GST and TDS scrutiny as may be required

• Technology and Process Optimization:

• Ensure optimal utilization of Tally

• Review and improve internal financial processes for better efficiency and control.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
