Job Responsibilities:
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts
payable, receivable and general ledger
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in Tally
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and trial balances.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.
Review of venture partner working and venture partner agreements
Review GSTR 1, GSTR 3 B and GSTR 9 workings
Review of 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis
Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
Prepare semi-annual and annual financial statements
Prepare monthly MIS for management review.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and financial
regulations.
Assist in internal and statutory audits, addressing audit queries promptly.
Assist in Income tax, GST and TDS scrutiny as may be required
Technology and Process Optimization:
Ensure optimal utilization of Tally
Review and improve internal financial processes for better efficiency and control.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
