Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Recruitment:
Learning Management System (LMS) / Leaning and development:
- Identifying training requirement through TNI, PMS and as per Job requirement.
- Preparation of annual training calendar and mapping employee performance through Competency Matrix, skill matrix, Gap Analysis and feedback from reporting manager.
- Actively manage and implement new features on the LMS. Manage the courses, users, IT integration, Employee data updates etc.
- Work with the manager and vendors to create courses, content development.
HR Policy Development and HR Operations:
- Design, develop and review HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and current legislation, as directed by the Head of HR (Service Delivery).
- Continues evaluation of internal processes and focus on Improvements.
HR/MIS Reports:
- Maintain HR MIS reports weekly and monthly basis required by the management to assess the performance of the organization and allow for faster decision making. (Cost per Hire, Employee Retention, Time to hire, absent rate, Yield Rate, Training cost per employee, productivity report, Training spend rate, Overtime report) etc.
