Job brief:
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to align our HR management approach with EdTerra's business goals. The position will have a direct impact on the quality of EdTerra's talent pool, culture, policies, budgets and ultimately, success. Our ideal candidate will have a solid experience with building a strong team, hiring mid-level and top level managers in sales and operations considering time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to support people strategy and initiatives across varied HR domains in close consultation/collaboration with the functional heads and the Vice President. Take complete ownership of scouting through portals and agencies for candidates that best fit our requirements and evolve both, the target pool, the JD and recruitment strategy based on a constant feedback loop.
- Conduct regular reviews on people strategy, talent management with the Business Heads/ HR Head.
- Maintain a strong database of all candidates assessed and interviewed to avoid duplication and be able to present a summary report or MIS to the management.
- Work on the manpower requirement planning and recruitment for short and long term.
- Engage in critical hires and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Supervise and manage functions such as payroll, recruitment and exit, employee engagement, retention, training and development along with other critical areas.
Requirements:
- Has a proven record of 7+ years in HR in managing the hiring intent from end to end for top level and mid level managers in sales and operations.
- Has sound analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret and present business metrics.
- Excellent people management skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources.
