Job Description :

As the Zonal Head - LAP, you will oversee and manage the Loan Against Property operations within the designated zone. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and ensuring operational efficiency to drive the growth and success of the company's LAP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives for the LAP division within the zone.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banks, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to enhance business development and market penetration.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.

- Operational Management: Ensure efficient sales operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards across the zone.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property and secured products.

- Skills: Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving sales goals.

- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
