Skillventory is hiring for HR - Rewards & Recognition at a leading #NBFC

Job Title: HR - Rewards & Recognition

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience Required: 3-7 years

Education: MBA

Industry Preference: Big Four or consulting firm, NBFC and Banks

Responsibilities:

- Total Rewards Coordination: Manage and coordinate total rewards processes tailored to local market needs.

- Job Evaluations & Market Analysis: Conduct job evaluations, maintain updated job descriptions, participate in market surveys, and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.

- Communication Development: Create comprehensive communication materials and information kits for total rewards programs and related activities.

- Rewards Administration: Oversee all rewards-related activities, including compensation review cycles, variable/bonus cycles, project compensation, and off-cycle promotions.

- Benefits Management: Administer and manage all aspects of employee benefits programs.

Requirements:

- Rewards Expertise: Demonstrated experience in rewards management, including sales incentives, bonus calculations, validation, analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.

- Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records.

- Analytical Thinking: Capable of conducting industry benchmarking and developing suitable recognition programs.

- Management Experience: Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives, with strong negotiation and influence skills.
