Job Purpose:

- Position will be responsible for planning and execution for analysis and review of Rewards and Compensation structure for greenfield and brownfield project units.

- Designing and Implementation of Reward Strategy

- Data Management and Reporting

- Benchmarking : Track and analyse compensation and benefits benchmarking data & identification of trends and implementation of new practices to engage and motivate employees.

- Planning & Budgeting

- Compensation and benefit programs
