- Implement structured apprenticeship programs to build a future-ready workforce.
Learning & Development for Contractual & On-Roll Workforce:
- Design customized learning interventions for both on-roll and contractual employees, ensuring workforce competency and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop an inclusive L&D strategy that fosters continuous skill enhancement for blue-collar, mid-level, and senior professionals.
- Implement skill assessment and competency mapping frameworks to drive performance improvements.
- Establish Skill Assessment Centers to evaluate and certify the technical and safety readiness of workers.
Organizational Learning & Capability Building:
- Set up L&D centers across locations to facilitate structured learning programs for different employee categories.
- Introduce blended learning methodologies (e-learning, classroom, on-the-job training) for scalable, cost-effective training.
- Measure the impact of training through KPIs such as productivity gains, certification success rates, and retention improvement.
Leadership & Talent Development:
- Design and execute Leadership Development Programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Drive mentorship and coaching initiatives to foster a culture of learning and development.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize leadership training effectiveness.
Change Management & Digital Learning Initiatives:
- Lead organizational change initiatives by ensuring learning interventions support business transformations.
- Drive digital learning adoption through LMS, micro-learning, and AI-driven training solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Training Effectiveness: Improvement in skill proficiency and post-training assessment scores.
- Skill Certification Success Rate: Percentage of employees achieving industry-recognized certifications.
- Competency Readiness: Increase in workforce capability through skill assessment programs.
- Leadership Pipeline: Growth in internally promoted leadership roles.
- Retention & Engagement: Higher engagement scores and lower attrition of skilled workers.
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources(mandatory)
- Proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale learning and organizational development programs. (Skill School experience is mandatory).
- Experience in high-growth industries such as renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology is preferred.
