Team Member - CMOG - Wholesale Finance (8-12 yrs)

- Manage post sanction credit compliance including sanction, documentation, security, periodic audits and MIS reporting.

- Ensure post sanction compliance of disbursement, down sells, assignments, verification and safe custody of pre-commitment conditions, pre-disbursement conditions, post disbursement conditions and executed transaction and security documents.

- Ensure compliance of all terms and conditions as per financing documents before releasing disbursement.

- Tracking and monitoring security perfection (including filing of charge with Registrar of Companies and CERSAI), other compliances and covenants and timely reporting to stakeholders.

- Managing original documents and smooth transition to safe custody.

- Handling various audits including internal audit, statutory audit, RBI audit, stock audit by bankers
