1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
To drive the growth and profitability of the Prime Home Loans business within the assigned region by leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. The Divisional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing market penetration, and strengthening customer relationships.
2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
1. To grow the Prime HL business and achieve the targeted loan book size.
2. To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loan disbursals for respective geography.
3. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, builders, and real estate agents.
5. Monitor and mitigate credit risk within the portfolio & Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
6. Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.
7. Ensure adherence to procedures and processes and ensure quality in Loan disbursement in the region
8. Overall responsibility for HUB & Branches at region - including admin/infrastructure/security and compliance related factors.
9. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to the team.

- Management of client pipeline for your respective geography.
- Setting up team
4. Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).
- Rejection of cases
- Evaluation of Financials of prospecting firms/customers.
- Recommending Institutional Tie-ups.
- Recommending New Product Design or features.
- Recommending Cases to Put up for appraisal.
6: Job Requirements (Describe the educational requirements, suggested year and type of experience, nature and extent of skills/abilities required for the desired position).
Professional Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Business development of 12-15years.
Skills and Knowledge Competencies:
- Candidates having NBFC experience & strong knowledge of local market are preferred.
