Chief Financial Officer - CA (15-25 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations for one of the leading NBFC. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial consolidation, accounting, and investment activities.

- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

- Provide financial and strategic analysis, including simulations.

- Prepare board and committee presentations and reports.

- Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong financial, accounting, and managerial expertise.
