Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a pan-India team of Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers (SM & ASM) for LAP Open Market
- Candidates currently managing 2-3 states will also be considered.
- Handel to all Direct ASMs.
- Responsible for driving Direct team across branches and achieving the overall Direct channel targets.
- Digital campaigns: Developing and planning of monthly / Quarterly digital campaigns
- Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring of leads generated thru various campaigns and supporting branch teams for desire conversion of leads. Monitoring tele calling set up.
- Support: Support & coordinate with sales team for proper system support to ensure better efficiency.
- New Initiatives: To enhance customer experience through online / digital channel.
- Reporting: Sharing regular and correct MIS to sales team & management.
