Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Real Estate Group specializing in Construction Finance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction finance, a proven ability to develop and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and significant experience working with builders. You will play a key role in expanding our business portfolio and fostering long-term partnerships with key players in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow construction finance business for builders.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with DSAs to increase market reach and achieve sales targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction finance sector, focusing on prominent builders.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, credit, and operations) to ensure smooth processing and successful closure of deals.
5. Provide financial consultation and solutions to clients, understanding their requirements and aligning them with our offerings.
6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the construction and real estate finance sector.
8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in construction finance, with a strong network among builders.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing relationships with DSAs.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
6. In-depth knowledge of the construction finance sector, market dynamics, and regulatory aspects.
Preferred Skills:
1. Basic understanding of credit analysis and financial risk assessment.
2. Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to relationship management.
