Product Manager - Mortgage (5-12 yrs)

Job Decsription:

- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for new mortgage products or improvements to existing offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance) to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and manage the mortgage product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product updates and new offerings.

- Work with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure mortgage products comply with industry standards and government regulations.

- Develop and maintain clear product documentation, including product specifications, business requirements, and customer-facing materials.

- Define, prioritize, and manage product features based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact.

- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth product delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze mortgage product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future product decisions and enhancements.

- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes that may impact the mortgage product landscape.

- Collaborate with external partners, including financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents, to deliver and enhance mortgage products.

- Conduct customer feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to continuously improve the mortgage product offerings and customer experience.
