State HR Role - BFSI (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :-

1) Manage the regional team to execute employee lifecycle processes from hiring to retiring.

2) Ensuring compliance and provide guidance to employees across the region helping to drive business outcomes.

3) End to end responsibility for recruitment, employee engagement, grievance management, statutory, and separation for mapped branches/employees.

4) Strong focus on qualitative hiring within the SLA maintaining the optimum manning in the geography.

5) Maintain all MIS and reports for all areas of HR and ensure closures in relevant systems.

6) Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
