Job Description
Functional Designation: Key Accounts Manager
Business Unit: Retail Banking
Locations: HYDERABAD & VIJAYAWADA
Grade: Manager/Senior Manager/AVP
Reporting to: Regional Head
Job Summary:
- Acquisition of HNI, Business accounts, Institute, Corporate, Trust and Government Accounts
- Ensuring deepening of Institutional relationships and increasing the wallet share by becoming the primary banker
- Responsible for Balance Sheet growth via Institutional channel at branch
- Building up CASA, Term Deposit and asset book from Institutional accounts
- Providing sales support and jointly handling critical relationships with Branch team
Qualification Essential Desired: Graduate Post Graduate
Experience Essential Desired: 6 year 8-10 years
Desired skills and competencies:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong presentation skill
- Interpersonal Skills
- Relationship management skills
- Should have Team Handling and / or Leadership Role experience
