- The candidate must be an ex-defense personnel to be eligible for this role.

- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and defense organisations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify new business opportunities within government and defense sectors and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Tender and Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals, and bids, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Work experience & Qualification required:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within government and defense sectors.
- Demonstrated success in securing government and defense contracts with a deep understanding of procurement processes.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of XR technologies (AR/VR) and their applications in defense and enterprise training.
