We are looking for the candidates who have business to government sales experience in infrastrucre division. Who have achieved minimum 50 cr with team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Division Leadership: (Non Negotiable)
- Establish and lead the Infrastructure Division for the entire eastern region of India, starting with geosynthetic products.
- Develop a robust strategy for expanding into multiproduct lines over time.
- Provide direction and vision for the division, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate objectives.
2. Team Building and Management:
- Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team, starting from the ground level.
- Build a culture of initiative, accountability, and high performance within the division.
- Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional growth and project objectives.
3. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and capture market opportunities in the geosynthetics sector and other potential product lines( should have worked in sector's like railways, bridges, highways and mining)
- Formulate and implement regional strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
- Lead high-value negotiations, tenders, and contracts with clients and stakeholders in the infrastructure space.
4. Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Develop a roadmap to establish market visibility for the company in the eastern region.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to make informed strategic decisions.
- Expand into diversified markets for new products or solutions in the= infrastructure sector.
