Who are we looking for :
We are seeking a Ex Defense Personnel for the role of Senior Business Development Manager with expertise in government and defence sectors. This individual should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of government and defence procurement processes, a proven track record in managing high-value contracts, and the ability to navigate complex tender processes.
Top 3 Daily Tasks :
1. Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and defence organisations and ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Business Development and Growth: Identify new business opportunities within government and defence sectors and develop strategies to increase market share.
3. Tender and Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals, and bids, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Work experience & Qualification required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within government and defence sectors.
- Demonstrated success in securing government and defence contracts with a deep understanding of procurement processes.

1. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of XR technologies (AR/VR) and their applications in defence and enterprise training.
2. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
