The State Head for Large Corporates will oversee the corporate banking business in the designated state, ensuring the acquisition, management, and growth of large corporate clients. The role involves driving the bank's strategic initiatives in the state, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving business goals across corporate banking products and services. The State Head will lead a team of relationship managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Strategy :
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the bank's footprint within the large corporate segment in the state.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with large corporates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the bank's overall corporate banking strategy.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and address their banking needs effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Team Leadership :
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers and other corporate banking staff in the state.
- Set clear performance targets and support the team in achieving business goals.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance team performance and professional development.
