Job Title: Debit Card - Product Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debit Card Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of our debit card products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial products, with a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

- Rewards strategy/ branding strategy

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for debit card products.

- Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product

- innovation and differentiation.

- Develop detailed product requirements, including features, functionalities, and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams to bring product concepts to market.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and ensure successful product launches.

Product Management:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.

- Manage product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Customer Insights & Feedback:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer expectations.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop business cases and financial models to support product initiatives and investments.

- Set product goals, KPIs, and track progress towards achieving them.
