6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, product specialists, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client service.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
