HR Generalist
HR Leadership & Strategy:
- Oversee the HR function and collaborate with leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that enhance employee experience.
- Work closely with the US-based HR team to align global HR strategies with local execution.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage onboarding, engagement, development, and retention processes.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team for effective recruitment and workforce planning.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead employee engagement and career development initiatives.
Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and advise leadership on best practices.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Adapt to expanding responsibilities, including HR operations and payroll management as needed.
