Senior HR Business Partner
Our client is seeking a confident, driven, and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing HR team. The Business Partner team plays an essential and strategic role in the development of employees and leaders, contributing to high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. With a rapidly expanding workforce across India, this role is critical in ensuring the delivery of an exceptional working environment and employee experience.
In this role, the Senior HRBP will partner closely with people leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver on key organizational goals. This position offers a genuine opportunity for business partnering, with a focus on providing coaching to individuals and leveraging data insights to drive organizational change. Additionally, the Senior HRBP will play a key role in the design and execution of various cyclical and ad hoc HR projects, contributing to a continuously evolving HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to implement strategic HR initiatives and align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Advise and consult with leaders on people-related strategies, including performance management, employee relations, coaching, organizational development, workforce planning, and learning & development.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to enhance the leadership capabilities of team leads and managers.
- Drive consistency in employee experience and engagement across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate learning and development programs, including leadership development initiatives.
- Participate in final round interviews to ensure alignment and suitability of new hires.
- Lead and execute cyclical HR projects, and contribute to the design and execution of HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, career development conversations, and employee engagement surveys.
- Manage HR operations related to terminations (in partnership with the HR coordinator).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced, and high-touch environment.
- Executive coaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable participating in frequent 1:1 meetings, maintaining high engagement, energy, and motivation in a high-touch HR environment.
- Proven ability to coach leaders and provide guidance on people management issues and strategies.
- Strong ability to build credibility with senior leaders, providing high-quality advice and delivering on commitments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey confidence, empathy, and trust through candor and diplomacy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to challenges.
- A collaborative, fun, and energetic team player who is self-motivated and driven to achieve organizational goals.
