Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our in-house HR team at Aquis Search.

- In this role, you will be a part of the internal recruitment team, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Internal Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within Aquis Search, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential talent for internal roles.

- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective employees, providing a positive and professional recruitment experience.

- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.

- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the internal candidate database, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for future needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
