Designation: Manager / Lead TA.
Skills / Expertise: Team Lead.
Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday).
Leading and Coaching:
- Creating, sourcing and building team of Recruitment consultants.
- To manage various hiring matrix like time to hire, cost of hire, revenue per hiring.
- To deliver on the target number closures.
- Coaching, mentoring and guiding them to enable them achieve their targets.
Recruitment & Delivery:
- Responsible for Revenue generation.
- Define job description and document specifications.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Handling team of Recruiters for hiring.
- Design a Quality Check process for measuring the service quality levels.
- Judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, Academic & Professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before forwarding to the Business.
- Headhunting generating leads and converting them.
- Networking with candidates to generate more leads from them.
- Adhering to guidelines and standards.
- Analysis of the technical requirements so as to understand the competitor companies in the same technical domain, which could be the target area for recruitment.
- Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement.
- Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, while ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
- Develop a sustainable recruitment marketing and lead generation strategy.
- Create a candidate persona for each open position.
- Conduct confidential interviews.
- Follow-up references and check credits.
- Research into clients company.
- Research into competitors and marketplace.
Client Relationship :
- Increasing the Business Volume Client HR Spoc/ Vertical Wise.
- Mining the Accounts and adding more HR Spocs/ Business Lines from said Divisions.
- Client happiness quotient / Satisfaction has to be highest.
Key Account Management :
- Responsible for Handling Key Accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs.
- evelop and implement strategies based on clients needs.
- Present shortlisted candidates.
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Estimating revenue potential with each client month on month so as the plan the delivery.
- Ensuring the target revenues are met with respect to each client managed.
- End to end value chain of the Business; right from acquiring new clients, account management, invoicing and collection.
Operations :
- All Reports up to date and sent on time to all stake holder.
- Respecting and following all laid processes.
- Client Trackers/ Report must be updated at all times.
- A High level of transparency is expected with Directors in every aspect of business.
- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise about the recruitment team.
- Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independent.
- Plan, Strategize & build avenues / strategies for improvisation & scale numbers month on month.
- Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.
- Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
- Should be able to work on capability building of the team and retaining the best talent.
Candidate Attributes :
- 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role as Team Leader / Manager.
- Have been responsible for Revenue generation.
- Entire years of experience in consulting.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus.
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods.
- 3+ years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Team player and Team leader.
- Good time-management skills.
Skills: Non IT/IT Recruitment, Client Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiator Etc.
