- This role can be hired either in Bangalore or Hyderabad.. We're looking for a dynamic Sales professional who will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the south region. The role involves managing key client relationships and driving growth in assets under management (AUM) within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the asset management industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and strong regional market knowledge
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the said regions to achieve AUM targets.. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets within the region. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management:. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services.
- Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion:. Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of the companys asset management products and services.
- Focus on increasing AUM through strategic initiatives, including new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Compliance & Risk Management:. Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact sales processes or client relationships. Academic
Qualification and Experience:. MBA / CA / CFA. 10-15 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the regional role. Strong leadership ad team management skills. Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and asset management industry.
- Excellent in Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
