- Identify opportunities for digitization & automation of all HR process - Requisition to On- boarding to further employee lifecycle
- Be up to date on industry best practices and new trends in HR process & suggest use case post evaluating contextual feasibility
- Enable a data centric ecosystem by ensuring system data hygiene and real time data transfer between platforms
- Provide insights by automating reports, dashboards, status updates/alerts, etc. to stakeholders
- Examine trends and patterns in data and recommend policies, Attrition, processes and initiatives to attract top quality talent, create pipeline, enhance stakeholder experience, optimizing productivity
- Create reports detailing data findings, reporting hiring / exits, presenting and outlining conclusions to senior leadership
- Work closely with COE, field HR and Business team related to AOP, PMS, IJP, process improvements, Comp and Bench related activities etc and ensure data accuracy all the time.
