End to End Recruitment

• Obtain MPR (manpower requisition format) from the concern stakeholders, Identify the available manpower from other projects. If available for release, send communication for transfer or Sourcing Manpower through available sourcing channels.
• Post job requirement on recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes based on the JD and required competencies and conduct first round of interview.
• Send shortlisted candidates to the respective stakeholder and collect feedback.
• Coordinate face-to-face, zoom or telephonic interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate with site admins for recruitment evaluation documents
• Verify documents of the selected candidate and negotiate the offer
• Take approval from Head HR and release the offer
• Preparing Offer Letter and Appointment Letters
• Coordination with Site admin for arrangements for guest house accommodations.
• Coordinate with IT department for asset allocation and email generation.
• Verify candidates documents again on the day of joining before handing over to the onboarding team.
• Maintain all required documentations as per IMS processes and formats.

MIS

• Maintaining recruitment tracker - Someka
• Preparing reports for the management review i.e. monthly joined & Left employees, Attritions Analysis, Candidate Muster, MPR,
• Project wise recruitment & Other Report as per management requirements.

Exit Interview & Retention Responsibilities

• Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee departures.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to take feedback on employee concerns and retention
