As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts, facilitating communication with stakeholders, optimizing operations, and managing data effectively. This is team management role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (Team Management)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, leadership hires, and non-IT roles.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  
• Analyze MIS reports to track progress, identify trends, and optimize the recruitment process.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Requirements:
•         4-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role.
•         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
•         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•         Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment software or CRM systems preferred.
•         Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.

• Work Location : Bhosari Pune
  Monday to Saturday ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
