  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clear and informative solutions to customer problems.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Rotational night shifts (5 PM to 9 AM), including a 1-hour break. No day shifts.
  • Work Week: 5 working days, 2 rotational days off (not fixed weekends).
  • Transport: Free pick-up and drop facility within a 25 km radius.
  • Salary: 2.70 - 3.50 LPA (based on experience)
