Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with insurance policy purchases, renewals, and modifications.
- Keep up-to-date with our products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred / Freshers can also apply
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer use and software applications.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
